Web Based Vehicle Tracking - Overview
The Seven Eye system is an advanced web based vehicle tracking and temperature monitoring application that allows its users access from anywhere in the world. You can access this system in exactly the same way that you would access any other website - just type in the address and go.Our in-house developers have designed a flash based system that allows users the following benefits:
Windows style menu and screen system
This design has been added to help users navigate the system and offer them a familiar environment to work in. It allows users to re-size, minimize, open or close any windows in the website and allows users to arrange their information in anyway they prefer.
Real-time updates
Any updates that have been received by our servers can be added to the screen in real-time. Most standard web pages will need to refresh the whole page in order to update data. A flash based system can alter specific sections and therefore often will update without disrupting your workflow.
Speed
Navigate through our mapping system, change alarm details and look up driver, vehicle or coldstore history quickly. The Seven Eye web system allows you to do all this (and more) fast. This is achieved with flash technology and greatly improves the web experience (especially when navigating through the mapping system).
Journey History Playback
Play back an animation of a recent journey. This facility gives you the opportunity to have a visual reference of where any of your vehicles have been and the activity that has taken place. You can start/stop the animation at any given point or view every poll point all at one time.
Reports
Pull reports and evaluate how your vehicles or coldstores have been performing. The Seven Eye system allows its users to run reports on Vehicle Activity, Coldstore Activity, Driver Activity, Journey Stops, Power Alarms, Status History, Unit Alarms, Timesheets, and Exceptions. Users also have the ability to run custom built reports according to their needs.
Mapping
Our flash mapping system allows users to quickly and easily navigate around the UK or Europe (including Ireland). You have the ability to zoom in and out and pan across multiple areas as you please. If you know the postcode of any particular location you can just enter it to the postcode field and zoon directly to that location.
Graphs
View graphical data about how your coldstore/refrigerated vehicles are performing. Using a visual reference (line graph) gives you the ability to see drops in temperatures, door openings/closes etc a lot more easily and allow you to realise how your unit is performing over longer periods.
Administration
Multi level logins are available so that you can control who has administration privileges and who doesn't. An administration login will give the user the ability to alter/add/delete alarm alert phone numbers and email addresses. Alter waypoints addresses and client info. Alter/add/delete geofence areas.
