Web Based Vehicle Tracking - Geofences

Add any specific locations that vehicles will be visiting and of which you would like to be made aware. This section allows you add geofences globally i.e. your whole fleet or unit/vehicle specific.

Please see the following for details for a list of geofence data you can control.

1) Description - a description of the location that you would like to be made aware of when your vehicle leaves or arrives (or both).

2) Postcode - this field allows you to add the postcode of the location in question.

3) Radius - geofences can have a radius implemented i.e. you can setup the system to alert you when a vehicle is within a kilometre of this location.

4) Status - control whether you are alerted when a vehicle leaves or arrives (or both) at a specific location. Also, deactivate or reactivate geofences.

Users that have control over their own geofence alerts/locations often save a considerable amount of time as they automatically know when their vehicles are in key areas.
