Vehicle Management
A network of approved and fully audited maintenance centres ensure the vehicles are maintained to the legislative standards required.
These centres being either manufacturer appointed dealers or independent suppliers that enable Seven to choose the right service provider for a particular customer, ensuring a comprehensive support facility is available at all times.
Throughout the contract period, the customer care team handles all vehicle management including any accident repairs and negotiation with the insurance companies, vehicle recovery, repair estimates, the nomination of repairers and post repair inspections.
Our service includes online access through our Result system to view full histories of any assets supplied by Seven, including full service history, MOTs and any items of expenditure incurred. Read more about Result by click the 'Result' button from the sub menu.
Seven also ensure its customers are kept up to date on any Operator's License issues that may arise, such as driver's hours and tachograph legislation changes or the recently introduced working time directive legislation for mobile workers.
The multi-skilled operations team has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of vehicle operations and are on hand 24/Seven to guide and support the customers in any area required.
All assets provided by Seven can be monitored in real-time via our own Seven Eye Asset Track satellite tracking system - providing pinpoint location of your asset as well as historical audit data. Visit the Seven Eye section of this website for more details.
