Seven Eye proud to be MPT1362 Silver Award Scheme Members
Seven Eye, vehicle tracking and remote temperature monitoring specialists, have recently confirmed that their in-house engineering team are registered members of the Silver Award Scheme for installation of in car phone kits and telematics devices.
Seven Eye are one of the few vehicle tracking companies to employ their own full time installation team of engineers and have undertaken compliance to the Federation of Communication Services (FCS) Customer Charter MPT1362 code of practice, showing Seven's commitment to offering the highest standards of professional and ethical service to their customers and complying with relevant obligations in the Communications Act 2003.
Rob Hart, General Manager of Seven Eye commented, 'By signing up to the FCS code of conduct our customers can be confident in the knowledge that all installations are carried out by our own team of approved and fully qualified engineers'.
This philosophy reduces the risk of invalidating warranty, or defects affecting the operational effectiveness of the vehicle when installing tracking devices or ancillary equipment.
