Our knowledge and expertise in the refrigeration industry means that we are able to provide our customers with portable refrigerated storage solutions for almost any environment, whether it's for short, medium or long term needs.
The introduction of new Health and Safety legislation and the increasing complexity of hygiene regulations mean that the cold store users face ever more demanding administrative burden and rising costs in the control and audit of the temperature controlled environments.
The Solution
Seven Refrigeration operates utilising a team of it's own fully qualified engineers from a network of maintenance centres and service providers throughout the UK, in order to ensure that a comprehensive support facility is available for our customers 24/Seven.
Seven Eye 'Cool Track' is our own GPRS web-based remote temperature monitoring system fitted as standard to all of our rental units but can also be specified as an optional extra for any of the sale units. The 'Cool Track' device provides 24/Seven live monitoring of temperatures with a range of other predefined incident alerts covering door openings, security breaches or power loss being sent via SMS or email to any number of designated recipients.
Access to the system is security password protected and provides a complete historical record in both table and full graphical form of temperatures, door openings, defrost operations and power status.
A single point of contact telephone number guarantees that should you need support at any time then expert help is on hand.
Delivery and collection is carried out using purpose designed vehicles to ensure all matters relating to Health and Safety are fully adhered to. A Seven refrigeration service engineer will be on-site to ensure the storage unit is correctly positioned and properly connected to the client's power supply and to provide instruction on the use of the equipment.
